Western Police Quarter, Sheungwan Hong Kong

I was responsible for leading a team of designers and consultants from the concept design phase through on-site mock-ups to detailed design. My tasks included site coordination, detailed drawings, client presentations, and resource management. The project scope covered typical lift lobbies, the ground floor lobby, bathrooms, pantries, tower facade, podium facade, and overall graphic design.

We recently completed the mock-up phase, which revealed several issues with material selections and specifications. To address these, I conducted site walkthroughs, presented findings to ArchSD, documented the current design, and created a rectification list for improvements.
